At RCB, we have the great privilege of providing collection services to the City of Philadelphia Law Department under the current and four former City Solicitors who have the highest regard for RCB, our services and our high level of professionalism. Our staff has an excellent working knowledge of the rules and regulations governing the assessment, collection and enforcement of state and local taxes and other government receivables. Our experience includes but is not limited to the enforcement of delinquent Water and Sewer bills, License and Inspections Judgments, Real Estate Taxes, Business Privilege Taxes, Net Profits and Gross receipts Taxes, and basically all ancillary services related to taxes and fees imposed by government and affiliated agencies, including, fees for licensing, registrations, permits, assessments, fines and penalties.
