Problem Resolution

The importance of effective problem resolution is that it limits the number of complaints and/or unnecessary communications that would otherwise end up with the staff at the Law Department. RCB staff has the experience and necessary skills in handling difficult situations. We recognize that debtors have rights and must be treated courteously, professionally and responsively, to achieve our goals of maximizing collection with a very low level of complaints. We have the ability to defuse what could otherwise become a hostile discussion with a debtor. Front line personnel are instructed to involve their supervisor to assist in any applicable hostile or otherwise difficult situation. Regular staff meetings and training promotes an environment where our staff feels confident handling difficult situations.
